Curly Walnut Monarch 4 Deluxe
A “Time Capsule” Monarch 4 Deluxe Certified Pre-Owned that was featured at the 2012 NAMM Show. Completely indistinguishable from an instrument that just was completed yesterday, this gorgeous Monarch was built back in 2004! Of course, as part of the Certification process, it received our new Fodera/Pope preamp and a brand new set of Pick-ups, but the wood has been together as a musical instrument for almost 8 years already!
With its delightfully rich, deep low-end — coming from both its Alder body AND P/J PUPS — this bass had the folks at Fodera grinning from ear to ear as they put it through its paces. A wonderful combination of old-school and modern. Fat, round, deep AND articulate too!
